Replays getting me tired

I noticed than when I'm watching replays (SC2), I tend to get very tired and feel sleepy (usually after 2-3 reps).
I need to add that I'm not only 6x speed it until the first big battle, but I try to analyze a bit the builds, timings etc.
It's very annoying thing to happen when you try to practice alot and improve. What's weird is that I don't get that tired while playing.
Maybe I don't have the best mental stamina, but I'm curious if this happens to you too.

If I've been awake for 24hrs, have the replay on the slowest speed and both sides agreed on NR20... then yeah, I get sleepy watching replays.

It's probably because replays are music-less so far. That really really makes the replays boring to watch as far as I'm concerned. I felt the same way when watching WC3 reps, which had 99% ambient musics.

That or everything just feels dull after so many years of SC1 (still my fav game by far, 100% subjective opinion though).

But I do think the absence of music is related anyway.

I'm always playing some kind of music when watching replays. Sometimes I talk with roommates or Skype with friends when watching replays. Other times I get some food to eat. If you get hungry after a mass gaming session, get some food and find your mistakes. Also try to get a physical notebook/notepad and jot down some notes by hand while watching. Just keep yourself occupied by any means necessary.

Must be the habit of hearing angry korean commentators scream. Everything else you aren't playing yourself feels dull now.

I love the autofollow function when I'm eating though. I wish they added some more auto-follow options, like a way to reduce camera jerks.
