Poll: Will you buy the Standard or Collector's edition for StarCraft 2? (Vote): Standard edition (Vote): Collector's edition
While reading about SC2 on wiki I noticed that both a Standard edition and a Collector's edition will be available for purchase:
"On April 8, 2010 Blizzard officially announced that the game will be available in a standard and collector's edition. The game will also be available for download shortly after release. The collector's edition will come with an artbook, 2GB flash drive, behind-the-scenes DVD, soundtrack, comic book, and redeemable codes for downloadable content."
Which one will you buy?

|
standard. who needs a 2gb flash drive? i have a 16gb one. haha.
|
A 2GB Flash Drive? That's like the most irrelevant goodie ever...it's even worse than the fucking night vision goggles MW2 came with...
|
Wish I had the money... Standard ed for me : (
|
Never bought a collector's edition for any game before, but SC2 will be the first!
|
As much as i love everything SC related i'll be settling with the standard edition because i'm not really filthy rich at the moment and all i'm really interested in is playing the game anyway.

Also, it comes with broodwar which is awesome.

Collector's edition. Its so awesome :D :D :D

|
Collector's edition. Not for any of the goodies, but just to show my love for the game. <3

Standard, the only thing worth getting from the collectors edition for me would be the art book and thats not worth the extra $40. Also the 'bonus' downloaded stuff to affect the game will likely be in a torrent first day of release or already in the MPQ files so all I'll have to do is crack them open and put the files in the right places.

Collectors edition easilyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
The collector's edition will come with an artbook, 2GB flash drive, behind-the-scenes DVD, soundtrack, comic book, and redeemable codes for downloadable content. I would pay like $50-$75 for that on it's own lol; may as well get the collectors edition.

None of the CE shit is worth the money except the USB key itself(excluding the contained SC+BW). This is just another way of blizz milking money by putting all those useless junk in a box and slap a 100$ price tag on it.
|
Some of you don't get the concept of a Collector's edition lol.
|
As geeky as it sounds i like to have all thje full size boxes for all the blizzard games
unfortunantly i dont have the full size box for warcraft 1 or diablo 1
