im playing since 2005 sc1 and 2006 i started lowmoney maps and i played Terran, what else? every gosu was Terran, we all know nada, boxer, iloveoov and later our all hero flash.
the 4 years of playing terran made me get grey hairs and made me so much rage, in that time my body got 10 years older instead of only 4.
the first months protoss users just raped me with pure zeal/goon. some months and 300loses more i handled it easy but this ugly protoss would just start to go fast DT and own the shit out of me. after some months and hundredes of loses i learned to defend it and to win, but this protoss guys learned new strategies. now they started to 14 nexus or to go 2 base arbiter just to fuck my 2fac push or the later 6 fac push. protoss was always the race for newbies imo, if someone wanted easy wins he would just decide to play protoss.
now we have sc2 and guess what, i decided to get some easy wins and jumped to play protoss. the first games i learned stalkers suck compared to goons. some more games later, i learned that the new zealots are slow like shit and the new speed upgrade was a piece of shit too. more games later i realized that colossus could get attacked by AtA units and protoss just lacks GtA units and so i started to use HTs instead of colossus. finally blizzard told me that they dont want me to use HTs and nerfed my lovely HT AoE.
Guess what... i switched back to Terran since 2 days and im happy guy again =)

why don't you play protoss in SC1. i think protoss can be very abusive but its something that once you "learn" how to play vs them, they are not that scary. I mean how many S-class protoss progamers are there?

They are godly, u just have to be a toss to play a toss. If you think like terran and try to play toss, you'll play crappy terran. You must be toss or at least zerg to even have so much as a chance of playing as toss.

yes the last weeks of sc1 i played PvT, PvP and TvZ. imo PvT was way easier than TvP and you had way more openings and strategies.
i loled, the voice of that guy was funny too.^^

as terran you are less creative because you have to be passive most of the times in the early game and 90% you just adapt to that what the protoss is doing.
