About the strategy section(s)

Hey all.

I logged on today, and wanted to see if there was anything interesting in the strategy forums. I scrolled up and down with my eyes and mouse along the left side, but didn't see "Strategy" in its large obvious glory.

Then I took a closer look at the left panel, and kind of frowned.

**Starcraft 2**
SC2 Strategy

**Broodwar**
Broodwar Strategy

Change is good, but Broodwar has been my favorite game for a couple years. I've read a lot of threads about sad members who have spent years on Broodwar, but I kind of tucked them away in my mind thinking that Broodwar would live forever!..

tl;dr-- I'm sad that it's time to move on.

edit: It definitely is more efficient though.

Ya, I was a little sad when I noticed the change. Next thing you know we're gonna have to tag tournies as SC1 in the tournament section

Maybe put BW above SC2? That would be good.

Yeah, as soon as there're more SC2 tournies than OSL, MSL, and Proleague games...

Probably tournies would be subsumed too in the layout. Can't trust posters to tag properly. I still think that it should be central aligned to fit the title of major sections. Else, it just looks... odd.

I wish people would stop overreacting. It's way too early to tell, many will come back to Brood War because it's such an amazing game (1.6 vs Source) and the korean scene isn't about to keel over just because *some* foreigners are turning to the sc2 strategy forums and streams. Broodwar can still be your favourite game, log on to iccup and quit being needlessly nostalgic.
