Girl Talk is Gregg Michael Gillis, a musician who samples songs to create his own tracks. I figured TeamLiquid might appreciate his stuff as obviously we have a few EDM geeks here. His stuff definitely has a heavy hip hop edge but he does go into old music and electronica once in a while.
Here are some examples.
EDM geeks may recognize Underworld's Born Slippy.NUXX. Other than that there's some Usher, some Soulja Boy, and some stuff I don't recognize.
Off his third album Night Ripper, this is Hold Up. It includes Weezer material and The Pixies.
You might be wondering how he doesn't get sued? Each one of his samples is under 30 seconds (maybe a few exceptions) to avoid getting sued.

Recently, I've been getting into a lot of mash-up stuff. Good Stuff!
Whole-Z is also pretty good The thing is if you start with girl talk nothing is going to measure up. Seriously, this guy has a gift.
No one compares with DJ Earworm. Well, based on my limited experience with mash-ups, granted, but his stuff is just way beyond anyone else's that I've heard. I mean, he takes whatever songs happen to be the top 25 one year and puts them together into something that sounds like it could be its own song--down to the lyrics making sense together.
