Its not that they were bad at their job for the average customer, but I wouldn't have to call unless I had some problem thats not on their talking/process sheet, and I would often have to get a different rep and go up the ladder a bit. A good call at their vendor number for a wireless or internet customer would take about 30 seconds to a minute. Not always the case, but also not never the case either. | ||

Tried to change and prevent it but no good and got into a fight on a phone with a verizon rep lady and told her "WHEN I EVER MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE, I'M NEVER EVER GETTING ANY VERIZON RELATED PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN! THAT INCLUDES CELLPHONES!" I sure hope that isn't either of you I fought with.. | ||

anyhow i got an awesome job grading the VZ reps. Basically I monitor customer service calls and make sure they are doing their job right...pretty EZ and relaxed hehe | ||

You'll see it in a couple weeks. Any time Verizon tries to roll something out to out-do us, we just one-up them again.  | ||
