So far the summary, as I understand it, is that we're meeting Sunday at 10 (PM? AM?) in Holmes Hall.

Is this event just to meet everyone and plan for future stuff, or are we playing as well?

Ill stop by. Are there computers there specifically for gaming? Is this in a different area than the general one that has like 10-15 computers and a pool table near the little store in most dorms? Ive only been in the like lounge area of Wilson and thats what it was like there. 10 computers, pool table, store. Didnt look like they were set up for gaming, they seemed like the ones youd find in the library so I wouldnt want to get bitched at for playing bw on them when someone really needs to use them.

East and West share a Sparty's

The area is set up as such. There's a you walk in and there are 4 couches set up next to a TV. To the right of those couches are 3 gaming computers. Next to those gaming computers are places to sit with 5 ethernet ports from which you can connect to the internet. More ethernet ports can be found all throughout the room. I don't know if we're actually playing that day, but if you guys want we could. Sadist, sorry to say, but I checked today and the gaming computers are down. A friend of mine had already contacted the Holmes Hall living services or whatever and they reported that the students had crashed them so many times they were tired of fixing them. So unfortunately, I do believe that we need to find somewhere else that we can meet on a permanant basis. Any ideas people?

Meeting will be at 10:00 PM at night. Don't show up at 10 AM because I'll be sleeping.

This will just be an informational meeting to meet each other and get a feel each other's schedules. Again, if you guys want to play that day, bring computers.

The Sparty's gaming comps still don't work right? I just wanted to do this to get an idea of how many people we can have playing etc.

I think parking in front of Holmes should be fine since it's a Sunday (as long as you leave by 6 AM or w/e

). If for some odd reason that's filled Akers is right across the street.

I'm operating on the assumption that the parking restrictions for the dorm lots are the same as when I lived at Shaw.
