Yesterday and tomorrow look to be similar forecasts though. Lots of flooding and winds, some of the worst weather So.Cal/LA has seen in a long time.

I finally saw some aftermath footage on the news just now, in Sunset Beach (which is like 3 miles or less away from where I work) there were boats and roofs being thrown around. A couple cars toppled over. People claiming that they saw dingies (is that the proper pluralization?) 100 feet in the air lol.

It's a Ruby's Diner, they have them at the end of piers sometimes around here. If you don't know, Ruby's are like a Johnny Rockets, Woody's, or some other faky old fashioned diner 50s style place. overpriced decent food.
