My opinion about ladder games has, since iccup started growing (ie. ~6 seasons ago), been that most of the ppl I play against are assholes that won't gg (which I don't care about anyway) and will try to cheese you with DTs or ling-all ins. This has soured my perspective of laddering in general, and led me to be annoyed whenever I ladder. The only thing that the country tag has really done for me is help me avoid all the stupid latino laggers. And I see less of the old "from?", though there still are retards around who would ask "from? FROM????"

also, the latin lack of skill must have something to do with the way we look at the game: "its just a fun computer game, no need to take it seriously :D", dont take the bming seriously too. jajajajaja PUTO XDDDDD + Show Spoiler + relax, u gotta skate

S.Ame = All in + ask random questions like, from, age, name, eye color etc... N.Ame = Never GG's after game(canadiens more often tho), also they explain to you why they lost. "u got so lucky" "i macroed so badly" "my mom was bothering me" <-- don't care. China = no game for known reasons . Korea/Russia = nice to play vs cause they shut up and play and they wont even BM you if u make same crazy gaycheese shit cause of the language barrier. Poland = Very chilly guys, sometimes I have crazy meaningless bmfests with them but that only cheers me up while laddering. ger/fra/swe/nor/cze/uk/nld = nothing to complain here.

I'm glad you mention the northern countries in a nice context, but you think you're missing something? :D

Germans: try to speak german to you or randomly starts speaking german after being in an english conversation with them for a while, never noticed any other country do this and i have no idea why :p other than that usually friendly, but totally hopeless as soon as there is more than 1 german in a chatroom you can't speak to them cause they go 100% german. French: Usually prefers not speaking english at all it seems, and when they do they seem to be randomly extremely rude or overly friendly towards people, it seems french people just roll a dice everytime they meet someone on starcraft and based on the dice decide to hate or love that person. americans(usa) easy to get along with from the get-go but quickly turn rough in a conflict. canadians(including the french ones!) seems to be one of the friendlier starcraft nations... koreans!!! it seems many korean more than most other nations with poor english are unaware of their condition... i've seen so many koreans sprout out sentence after sentence completely incrompehensible english and expecting to be understood. Nothing more adorable than korean broken english though -_- Spanish: These guys don't speak very often, but when they do they go all-in. For some reason spanish guys can go for weeks or months in your flist and never speak a word, and then suddenly they come from nowhere and starts speaking about some random shit and i even forgot who they were or why their in my flist in the first place (happened several times, non-spanish guys dont do this!!) Italians: some of the worst western european english come from here, they are also unaware of this and seems to understand english well and can use pretty advanced words, however when they try to put them together their long sentences i usually can't understand shit. Most of them seem kinda unfriendly too. that's it! any other countries i feel like i haven't met enough to do a meaningful generalization
