After exactly 846 games this season I finally hit A- for the first time ever!

Its a big accomplishment for me because the highest rank i've gotten before this is B, so I got both B+ and A- in the same season.
Overall i've improved a lot, especially my pvz. It was a rough road and I lost a lot along the way but in the end it was worth it because ive started to take games from strong foreigners and it is very encouraging. I hope that the season being extended doesn't make my A- look weak, but even if it does I still feel satisfied.
P.S- I don't think my record would be this incredibly bad if these stats weren't from the beginning of the season. (I didn't reset the whole season.)
Also I didn't dodge at all :D

Yes but thats not the point.
Personally im okay with those threads. Dont see them that often and honestly i do agree d+ isnt hard to get but the people who make the threads are usually people who just started or just are casual players i can see why they would feel happy when they do get it. I think whenever you have a goal whether it be d+ or a it still feels good when you accomplish them. We cant all be like kolll and get to b- in 1 year.

Everyone smurfs, not just high level players really...Many players smurf so that they don't have to care about maintaining a good record and being judged and can try out strategies just to improve. Honestly, then none of the many random west koreans would need to smurf either if they followed your logic, because they are nothing compared to pro gamers in korea. They won't have people "following their games" either, it's just a nice feeling to hide behind anonymity when you're just playing to improve. He's not being arrogant at all.

Even if he was being a dick, getting to A- is an accomplishment, so why not show off the matchlist? The idea of wanting to keep a smurf when you can just register another which takes only seconds. And don't tell me he's too lazy to register another, he has over 800 games.

I was just very excited to reach one of my longterm goals and wanted to share it with others. I am a very dedicated person, I enjoy playing bw and I get a rush from watching myself improve. I have plenty of friends who have seen me improve a lot in the last months, so I have no reason to defend myself any further here. This is my last post in this blog, and most likely the last blog I ever write. Thank you all for the accolades and encouragement. And to the rest? When you get A- with good ratio you are congratulated but when you take the time and put in alot of effort you get bashed for going A- with 800+ games... Next season you can make it on 400 games = Improvement instead of being the dude who reached C+ with 33-1 and then stops playing. Your doing it right and I wish you all the luck !

both shauni and me have gotten A- before, shauni might've even gotten A.
And it's not about flaming someone once or not typing gg every time because nobody is perfect. It's just that miraclously almost every time, if not every time I've played ranged he's been like that

And it's not about flaming someone once or not typing gg every time because nobody is perfect. It's just that miraclously almost every time, if not every time I've played ranged he's been like that
Then don't stoop to his level, coming into the guy's thread and posting comments like yours are just unnecessary, leave it to yourself and be the better man. Starting shit in this thread accomplishes nothing, it takes nothing away from his A- rank from what you said(which does need to be commended because he clearly put a lot of effort into it, and since lots of people also put equally as much or more effort into it and cannot get it, I would say it's something that deserves a "good job man.")
Again, I have no idea if what you say is true, but if it is, seriously, just leave it alone. Maybe I'm just tired of all this drama and shit talking, but I got my fair share of that in a billion years of playing Counter-Strike leagues; I expect better from this community.
