Something in here's not right today. Why am I so uptight today? And if someone is watching you, what do you care? If the other person is watching you and it's annoying you then tell them to stop watching you. Like say you're trying to piss into a urinal and they're watching you, and you can't go while they watch, tell them to stop watching. | ||

I don't care at all if people are watching me, because I know I am awesome it can take time and sustained awareness of your own behavior, but it is what you must do might help if u do something like get in really good shape | ||

I really can't stand being watched though. I suggest therapy, I find it really helpful, even if you feel your problems aren't severe a therapist can really help you understand your problems and guide your thought process toward one that will help you in the long-term  | ||

But really, even if it were that case, is it so bad? Think of it this way, no matter how buff and strong incontrol will become, he will always be fat, because its just too fun to poke fun at something that gets mad from time to time. Or Idra being bm, even though I don't personally see immaturity in him, people will always linger on some memorable fault. And TL, TL never forgets. Paranoia in general terms though, it could range from a personality disorder, an attribute to a disorder, biological/drug, or a temporary reaction to a particularly stressful transition/event in your life. So, if it interferes with your general productivity and interaction, I suggest some kind of psychological evaluation, cognitive behavioral therapy should suit you and confront your paranoia, talk to the people you think are talking behind your back, but don't..DON'T stalk them, say in a flexible, casual way. | ||
