i get a throbbing pain down there every so often as well during/after a shit.

i've had it for years though, iono. it can be pretty terrible and last like 10 minutes after, but i live with it. (also sometimes occurs after ejaculation, just throwing that out there if you can relate)

iono if your pain is the throbbing kind though, if you know how to describe it that is.

God, 2/3 of comments on this thread are garbage.

Check this page out, and try to see if you are doing anything wrong. If this doesn't stop the pain within a couple days, I would go to a local clinic.
