While I can't check that user's specific route to the site, my best guess is he would be one of the people searching about "getting the runs" or something along those lines that pops up fairly frequently. People with bowel problems I guess find help here, and a certain amount of those lead to this thread if I recall correctly. I'll have to check the next time I see one of those sort of Google searches to check if it leads here or not. There aren't any of those kind of searches leading here currently, though they happen often enough that I'm sure I'll catch one before long.
As far as YPang's anus and how it's doing... I'm not sure myself, but I know he is still active on the site (even if he might not be posting as often anymore, he still visits), so send him a PM asking! :p
