I'm living in an apartment right now and down the hall live two girls.
I've never appreciated girls so much.
I'm pretty broke so I don't want to buy them something. Anyone have any ideas for cheap, but good presents?
Recently, I've been rapping alot and I really want to improve.
I Dl'ed audacity so I could record myself from my labtop.
basically my set up is to open some music on youtube, and rap to it. The thing is, audacity doesn't seem to be able to record the music from my labtop's and only records my voice.
Is there anyway to configure it so that the recording picks up everything?

If there is a crafts store, you can get square sheets of wax in a beeswax pattern and some wicks for super cheap (like a dollar each). Take them home and slice one side of the square of wax at a slight angle, creating something like this:

Put the wick along the top and use a hair drier to soften the wax. Roll the wax from the top to the bottom and you will have a candle.
Girls love candles, you can do this in 5 minutes, and it is dirt cheap.
edit: here is a picture:
(I prefer a much smaller angle, meaning that the candle wraps up closer to the top.)
Alternatively you don't have to cut them at all and they look like this:

lol my gr.1 class had to make those for our moms on valentines day, back in elementary school xD
Uhhh... If you know what kind of music they like, you could make a mix and burn a CD for them.
You need to know a little bit about them, but it's cheap and there's a good chance they might actually use it. No offense Mani ;D
Not trying to sound sexist/stereotypical here, but a lot of females wouldn't even know where to start if they were told to burn a CD, so bonus points on that.

a female friend burnt cds for me... and she handwrote the track titles >.> =D

Get rolls of duct tape and make flowers for them. After that scent it with a nice cologne or perfume.
These flowers will last forever!! Better than real ones~

Also OPmake origami or those flowers above or something. Takes a google or youtube search to learn how to do and is dirt cheap, and it's girl CRACK.
