Note: I'm hoping there will be some fresh blood this year, but it is probably a far fetch.
And it will probably be difficult for me to make some matches because of my busy schedule this quarter, but I nevertheless feel the need to play for OSU. I'm not much of an organizer so maybe OrderlyChaos can take care of that stuff.
I am posting this now because Ohio State is awesome.
Hmm... it might be possible to recruit some Koreans before the season begins, if that's encouraging at all. Also, I trained in Korea and now have 300ish APM, most of which goes toward selecting scvs (Koreans are good at that).

I'm honestly not that great, but I'd love to be involved in this. I have a roommate that would as well. We've both played starcraft for years, but didn't start playing competitively until this past summer. Before that we did a lot of UMS and such on Bnet, so I do feel like we know the game pretty well. Both me and my roommate are sophomores here at The Ohio State University.

I'm down. I'm moving to Columbus tomorrow. OSU grad school.
However, I haven't played SC in several months, and the last time I played I was barely holding D rank. I'd be up for some friendlies though.

I've noticed that in the CSL News and Announcements thread that they don't have Ohio State listed as a school that is competing. I'm pretty sure that the deadline is this Saturday, and if we are going to get a team together we should let them know before then.

Well, we have Nightmarjoo, who's B- Zerg when he's active. I'm a zerg whose best is C-, and probably could've been higher, or at least mid c-. But I haven't played zerg seriously in a while. Been messing around with terran. I think i'll have to go back to Z for this.

I know I'm posting in the thread kind of late, but this sounds like it could be a lot of fun. I'm not that good or anything (~D Protoss, but I haven't really played iccup much), but I wouldn't mind playing friendlies or if you need more people or something.

So it looks like we need a tag for the team. I'm definitely voting for "OSU.", but I don't know what was used last year or anything like that. I figured that I'd just throw that out there, and see what other people have to say.

I think I have another person for the team, but he keeps putting off making a TL account to post here... He plays Terran, has played a little competitively, definitely has potential to be really good if he puts in the time.
Also, are we gonna run some practice matches as a team or anything? And do we have any information as to when who/when we're going to play? No rush on either of those, just haven't heard much in a while and I was curious; I'm starting to get pumped for just the concept of an OSU starcraft team/match.

So I kind of feel like we need to get something going here. We don't seem to have any communication among the team (at least not that I'm a part of). Michigan is our first match and we need to kick their ass. I want to make sure we have the best possible line-up for then, and I think that's going to require playing some games.
