oGs are stronger overall IMO, but you just don't know how the series will go. Polt or MarineKing can easily rack up a few wins ... but so can NaDa and, obviously, MC. No idea who to go with on this one. =/ | ||

 MC first. That means that now Prime can have  Polt practice for literally any map to prepare to beat him. If oGs loses the first game, Optimus will have a whole game plan on any map he chooses ready to defeat MC. Obviously if Hannibal wins then MC is out, but basically oGs is giving MC up for a single win. oGsHero would have been a much better choice for a first round player than MC. If you hold MC till the end, then if Prime plays Polt or MarineKing against him, it is harder for them to practice on a specific map as it might have been removed from the map choices by that point in the match. Instead, they're basically throwing MC away unless he can beat one of the best vPs in the world on a map that Polt gets to pick.Prime can definitely take this, especially since oGs made a huge error by playing MC first. | ||

ZvP is DRG's worst matchup, and those are the strongest players oGs has to offer. oGs has a great terran lineup; NaDa, TOP, stc - but they don't stack up to the polt/MKP combo. HongUn won't play in the team league, between being a coach, his wrist problems, and still being in the GSL tournament... So there will be no PvP snipe of MC, and even if there were, I think MC will be giving some attention to this match up. I'd love to see HuK play as well this round, and if they're actually leading with MC I think it could happen. Part of me wants to give it to prime, but the rest of me doesn't see optimus and MKP carrying the team THAT far, against an oGs team that's just quite deep. | ||

Polt will snipe MC, but oGs probably has someone ready to snipe Polt. Add to that the fact that oGs's roster is much deeper than Prime's, and I think oGs will take the win here. They simply have more options available to them, and the solid players to back up whatever the hell they want to do. Sure, they lost to MVP, but they were also missing most of their star players that day. EDIT: Also, I was under the impression that Zenio is indeed a ZvZ specialist. Not as good as NesTea, obviously, but it's one of his stronger match-ups. | ||
