Tbh, probably no one will go under 18%. The reason you get 18% is because you pay attention to bans so much and see what's warned/banned. Though I'm pretty sure that after being a banling, I could make a new account and get close to 0%. I'd just have to be really selective about who/what I report and only go for the sure things.

You could just go back on your main account and ban them from your own report. Pretty easy 0% I think.

Question to monk specifically since you handle SC2 strat modding: When I report an OP with the report reason being Thread not tagged properly. and you handle it by adding those often forgotten [H] or [D] tags do you mark the report into the none as well, my guess would be yes since it doesn't fall under any of those other categories.
