Noise as in the loud fan sounding-thing.
As for overheating, it's only somewhat hot.
What is the problem and how can I fix this?
Sometimes it makes like SUPER loud fan noises, like when I open up a game. T_T

Well I'm no expert on this, but when I called my laptop company complaining of a faulty fan like yours, they told me to update BIOS. From what I know, BIOS basically control almost every aspect of your computer, from processor speed to fan speed to hard disk transfer. But from there on out, I don't know what to do. Sorry. =(

Noise come from vibration. It could be due to dust on the fans, loose screw, loose fans or it could be a simple case of bad engineering (I'm looking at you, asus). Generally most modern computers have intelligent controls in place to control the fan speed according to temperature. Fans start to spin at higher rpm when temperature rises. So check your process list, does it have any running processes that occupy a large cpu usage? did you disable or uninstall any management software from your laptop manufacturer? Some of them actually implement their own fan controller software. Updating your BIOS is the last thing you should do. BIOS does control hardware devices but because it is so simple it is unlikely there should any be major fault that can course noise. Go into BIOS and check the RPM of fans and remember that fans spin faster when the computer is busy.

Doing it wrong is a good way of making a 1000 dollar paper weight although a lot of manufactures are making shortcuts to do it out of DOS but i wouldn't trust them.
