Idk showtime just looks to be too patient at the wrong time and then too impatient in other moments.

Always nice to see a zerg winning a late game zvp but overall Showtime seems a bit off today.

When it’s overused I think it can create a bit of a disconnect with what the players can see and what we can see that can kill the drama a bit. Super Tournament finals for example (my memory is fading with age, the players roles may be reversed) I think it was Zoun sneaking disruptors behind Trap’s army and the observer basically only showed them slightly before Trap got hit by them. Which was a cool bit of drama where the flank bamboozled the viewers almost as much as it did Trap. If everything was zoomed we’d have lost the element of surprise that made the moment so intense, it would have been ‘oh he’s going for a flank, this is probably going to work’ way before the fact. Still exciting but not as fun. On the flip side from tuning in to many of your streams I don’t recall it being something you overdo, plus having done it myself it’s really tricky to observe, cast and do both well simultaneously! See I have to disagree. I personally don't like when info I could have is withheld. I'd like to see as much as possible and draw my own conclusions So I appreciate the wide shots for the most part unless it is super overused which I didn't particularly notice from the B stream I guess it’s a preference thing and it’s kind of innately impossible to appeal to both camps, I wonder what the breakdown of each preference is though.

my problem is the overreliance of some casters towards the supply number, sometimes neglecting army quality or even infrastructure advantage

I'm happy that they're rotating all the players through the three streams

So TY vs Clem on Harstem's channel?
e: yes, and it's going to be hype af

Game just feels weird/off to me in the zoomed out view, I only like it for big battles with multiple angled engages

Showtime - ByuN with both players hoping to keep their dream alive. Sadly I don't see any of them getting through now.

They both have so much knowledge and are good at explaining it.

Yeah. Katowice group days with three streams are the best days of SC2.

I'm inclined to think this is a silly poll, but then I remember there are ppl who seriously think we should not have production tabs in SC2 because they belive that's what makes BW good (it's not)
