Don't forget our boy usopsama usopsama hates GuMiho for not being KeSPA enough. He hates foreigners more though, doesn't he? Yeah. But come to think of it he also hates Patience (and Losira I suppose) so this group was a no-win scenario for him anyways. I guess it must be hard when you hate more players than you like. Can't be that hard when the ones you do approve of win the majority of all tournaments. I just realized that, in 2017, there was exactly 1 Korean champion (Gumiho) and 1 Korean finalist (aLive) originally from eSF. Every single one of the other 22 Korean finalists were ex-KeSPA. usopsama must actually be a pretty happy guy. Dark was an eSF player but I'm not sure usopsama cares about technicalities. Looks like a solid 4 Zergs minimum making it to the ro16 barring some big upsets. I'd wager 5 with Impact kicking the crap out of Cure and TY It's probably more likely soO doesn't get out of Group G than that 2 Zergs advance from it. How do you figure that? Sure ZvT has never been soO's best but the Terrans he's up against are only evenly matched with him at best (has a slight winning record against both) annnd more importantly, TY is matched against Impact first (whom I don't think he'll beat). So I think soO coasts through on the lesser Terran in Cure and his godly ZvZ. TY will probably be the winner of the group and Cure 2nd.

So I think soO coasts through on the lesser Terran in Cure and his godly ZvZ. Cure almost qualified for the Super Tournament with 2 wins over soO, even that is gonna be a hard match for soO and Cure is arguably the worst player in the group. Plus soO's last match against Impact went 0-3 so even if Impact beats TY that's not an easy win for soO either. And then there's that part where Impact isn't favored over TY in this situation. His online results look nice, but his offline results aren't nearly stable enough. TY just won an offline event (albeit a small one) on the back of his TvZ and Solar ain't no slouch.

Like back then you'd be scared for foreigners if he were to play them, now I won't bet on him beating Serral or other top foreigners And I don't find him on sc2 unmasked

She was ahead going into that terrible fight, but not massively. Her economy was decent, not god-tier, and Terran players can and do transition to late game these days, so ultras being on the field doesn't mean it was a won game. Defeating the push on the 4th might have seemed major, but that fight doesn't go the same way had GuMiho not had 2 medivacs cancelling the 5th at the exact same time. I would imagine that the 5th was GuMiho's main priority and the attack on the 4th was a gambit that wins him the game if she doesn't react well and loses both bases.

Yeah, it was all Scarlett throwing (not actually them throwing), especially when Scarlett goes blind ~8 broodlords against tempests in Game 1 Map 3. Shows how superior she is as a player
