The refresh rate shouldn't be a problem unless you're getting >30 fps. So it cannot be fixed? FPS is not a problem but the mouse is so heavy its kind of unplayable...

The gaming mode on my LG TV reduces my mouse lag quite a bit but i can still notice quite a bit of lag on the mouse even when its on gaming mode, i guess this is the reason why ppl buy those high end ezio montiors that cost like $2K that have like no input lag

You won't notice any ghosting on most modern displays. What you're talking about is input lag which is not advertised by any manufacturer. People in this thread are confusing response time and input lag -___-

Aside from turning on game mode (if available), which generally gets rid of a little bit of this delay, there's nothing you can do except use a different display. Some TVs have lower input lag than others. Most non-professional monitors are like under 20ms average or so. Most TVs are like 30-100ms. edit: you can try turning off all kinds of image processing options and see if that helps, but it probably won't. Turn off 120 Hz mode if you can, since generally 120 Hz TVs will buffer an extra frame or two for 120 Hz to do the interpolation (with 60 Hz input and 120 Hz output, for every image from the source, more or less the TV will kind of average the previous and current one to come up with an in-between image to make things look smoother).
