▲ Hello~! I'm STX Soul's 20-year-old Jo Il Jang, filled with passion and effort.
- Your reason for becoming a progamer?
▲ Hm.. When I was still schooling, I liked to play games a lot. I felt that the progamers were very cool and gave me thrills whenever I watched them play on television, and before I knew, I wanted to be a progamer too.
- Your most memorable event after becoming a progamer.
▲ Hm.. I'll have to say it's the recent Batoo OSL. I was quite filled with disappointment, but I felt that I have grown a lot after experiencing this OSL.
- Your most memorable match.
▲ It is my game against Boxer in the 2007 Proleague. It was my first win after losing so many times in the Proleague, so that is the most memorable match for me.
- Your most difficult moment as a progamer.
▲ Hm..There was once where I was sent out to play 2v2 against WeMade FOX. I lost without being able to do anything that game, so I felt very sorry for my teammates, and I do not want to play such (poor quality) games again.
- You are being noted for your good recent games. How do you feel?
▲ I felt really good! I think being noticed is a really good feeling keke.
I'm practicing really hard nowadays, so please do look forward to my matches ^^
- The person who has had the most influence on your life up til now.
▲ Hm.. I think that would be my parents! They always provide me strength from behind-the-scenes, and they are the ones who always guide me towards the right direction (of life).
- This is Jangbi's question to you - Your recent performance against Protoss is really good. What is your secret?
▲ Hm.. I still think that I am lacking a lot! My secret is... my ability to spit out massive amount of units that no other Zerg players have???
- Who do you want to choose for the next '30 questions, 30 answers' and what is your question?
▲ I'll choose Woongjin Star's
ZerO. / His play against Zerg is really great, and he pays attention to even the smallest details. Does he have any special know-how?- Any words to people who desire to be a progamer?
▲ I think that passion and perseverance is really important! If you play with passion and perseverance every moment, you will surely make it~^^

- What is your method of de-stressing?
▲ Hm.. I do not feel any stress recently... If you are stressed, solve it with lots of sleep!
- Your most memorable trip/travel?
▲ Hm... There was once when our team went skiing. That is the most memorable trip I had, and it was very fun.
- Your most recently watched movie, and who did you watch it with?
▲ We rented a DVD movie called 'Goal' and watched it with my teammates!
- When did you experience your first love?
▲ 19 years old.

▲ Chicken!

▲ Right before I sleep: I think about all the things that happened that day.

- You defeated
Bisu 2:0 in the Round of 36 of Batoo OSL. How did you feel?▲ Hm.. After that games ended, I felt good. I got into the Round of 16 for the first time, and I was congratulated by many people... I felt even happier because Bisu is a really great player and I managed to defeat him!
- Did you and your team's captain
Hwasin's relation get affected after the team-kill in the Batoo OSL's Round of 8?▲ There was nothing of that sort! I too felt that that might happen, but after the match ended, Hwasin hyung came over and congratulated me, saying 'good job'. He must have felt disappointed (for losing), so I feel really bad for losing so helplessly in the semifinals...
- You play very well against Protoss. Tell us how to play ZvP well!
▲ Hm... I think that macro is important against Protoss! I think that you have to keep scouting your opponent, play high economy while having good macro, and improve on macro and micro!
- Many people say you look like Ji Hyun Woo. What do you think is your most attractive point?
▲ Hm... I thought that it was my ears. But many of my fans said that it was my upper lips... so I think that is my attractive point too...
- If you did not become a progamer, what do you think might be doing now?
▲ I think that I'll be studying in a university!! Or maybe I'll be in the army...
- We heard that you did really well in your studies... Did you really do well.
▲ Hm... I think I did well enough to be satisfied, not so great that you'll go 'Wow, you did great!", but that was before I started playing games heavily...^^;
- What is your ideal type?
▲ I like females whose laughter is their attractive point!! I like people who understand me well and hav a good personality...is kind...
and have the same way of thinking as me!!
- You do not have any special nicknames. Do you have any other players' nicknames that you like, or any nicknames that you want to be called?
▲ I personally think that
sAviOr's 'maestro' nickname is the coolest! And I feel that if I show great games, nicknames will naturally appear. I think that nicknames that the fans create are better...- What do you think is your own good and bad points? (Does not necessarily have to do with gaming play style)
▲ Hm.. I think my good point is that I have a strong sense of responsibility. I am the type that gets things done no matter what, I guess? My good point is taking responsibility for tasks that are left in my hands! And my bad points are.. not taking care of my younger siblings enough.. I thought I was doing well... I think I have to do even better!!^^
- What is your greatest goal as a progamer?
▲ Hm.. My current goal is for my team to win in the Proleague! My greatest goal is to try everything in my career as a progamer, and to be a player that will be remembered in the history of e-sports forever~
