wow bisu vs mind amazing
go rock!!
|
Edit: Actually Ongamenet redrew the groups, making the matchups as follows:
Wildcard Ro12: Group A Mind vs Midas Group B FireFist vs Shuttle Group C Light vs MuJuK Group D Thezerg vs Rock Group E Bisu vs Sea Group F maGma vs Much Each group is BO3 format
Ro6: Winners of A/B, C/D, E/F play against each other Each group is BO3 format
Ro3: 3 Winners of Ro6 play against each other (I guess it's BO1, correct me if I'm wrong) The one who wins twice gets the wildcard and replaces BackHo (Like OSL group tiebreaker format)
Ongamenet channel will live broadcast Ro6 games and after from 16:00 KST, Jan 28th.

Hmmm, hope Mind makes it out or Sea.
Feel sorry for Bisu for losing out in his qualifiers group, so rooting for Bisu a bit. :D

I wonder what the broadcasting format will be. I mean, there are 9 x Bo3 + Round Robin until death to play.
*edit: yuck, HB beat me to it *

That would require a totally different mode of play, or does it mean A vs. B, C vs. D, E vs. F and then round robin? Bisu vs. Sea could be entertaining.

oh fuck i can't decide to root for bisu or light

And the system? winner of A play with winner of B, then the winner goes into round robin group with C,D winner and E,F winner?

Awesome, though I'm still very confused on the format.
What if two people win twice?
Do they keep playing until one loses? Or do those two 1v1 for who advances?
Thanks for the info

TheRock is still in buisness.
But I really hope that Bisu can make it.

Will we have LB for this? I vote for Mind.

No one would be able to win twice at the end stage.
Possible senarios are:
Winning Player: 2-0 Second Place: 1-1 Third Place: 0-2
or
All players: 1-1
If two players went 2-0 that would have meant the other player went 0-4 which isn't possible in a round robin like this. Hope this answered your questions.
