He deserved it in the sense that he was the better player and played well. He didn't deserve it because he of his recent arrogance-his series vs by.hero, his MSL group selection, and interviews.

Arrogance, the MSL group selection, and interviews, don't have anything to do with how much someone deserves a spot in the OSL or not.

Bring arrogant and mindlessly dropping 2 sets to a complete unknown, and not receiving any consequences, that's how the people that say Bisu doesn't deserve a spot see it. It's a rather trivial argument, any reasonable opinion is correct.

That's a consequence. In the OSL, he had to play basically three Bo3s, all in the same night, against lots of different players and races. If he hadn't played like crap vs by.hero, he wouldn't have had to do that, so that is another consequence of his bad play.

But BackHo is injured, so the question is more which is worse: * having the 12 group runners-up compete for his spot, or * giving BackHo's opponent a free pass to the Ro8 I think avoiding the free pass while it's still feasible is the better choice. The torunament is better off having the top 16 available players compete than it is having the top 15 compete with one lucky player needing to win just one set to get into Ro4 (free pass to next season's OSL) and just two sets to be all the way to the finals. The free win greatly increases the chance that some one-matchup wonder lucks his way into the finals and gets destroyed in an anticlimactic finish. On the other hand, it would have taken too long to have over 100 players competing for BackHo's spot in the GOM, so they had to just let JangBi take the free win.

Predictable, but unwanted results. Congratulations to Bisu, I may have not wanted him to win: but there is no point in arguing about him in particular deserving the spot or not. ... More upset about the 3/6 I got from this. ![]()

Get over it, holy shit. I may have pro-gamers that I dislike but I don't PMS and rant all over the place just because they boot out players I like. Shit, anti-fanboys are worse than fanboys.

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() seriously, stop bitching about Bisu, he won his games, sure he might have been a bit less manered in interviews then other players lately, but its just his damm way of doing them. And dont talk about him like some random guy who offended everyone before games, acted like cock and then luckily qualified. Once again, fully deserved spot in OSL.
