There are quite a few bugs, but it's all worth it once you find another player with a stable connection. Or, if you can't find someone, you can watch the godly Japanese players.

It's Super Street Fighter 2 Turbo on the unstable version I'd guess, right?

Just FYI for those wondering,
Stable version of GGPO has Street Fighter Alpha 2 and 3, Marvel vs. Capcom, Vampire Savior, King of Fighters '98, and (beat-em-up) D&D: Shadows over Mystara. But over the last few months the server's been acting up because of the higher load caused by mass Latin American and Chinese users on KOF.

edit: I'm pretty sure an unstable release with 3S has been out for a while, but yeah. Publicity of the unstable releases is kept way lower for a variety of reasons.

Yeah i have some dreamcast ones but the convertors are 40 bucks and im broke. ill get a PS3 hori stick eventually here, prob after they make this update public or w/e.. are there alot of people on samsho2, garou or SF2? I love 3s but honestly im gettin burnt out on it and even a little lag seems like it could be fuckin gay as hell, tick throw setups in A2 and A3 are already insane enough with the little bit of lag ggpo adds in games that throws arent too amazing in

and is SF2; ST or HF?

There is not an official lobby for third strike.

I had the same idea Charlie Murphy did and I can confirm that GGPO works great with no lag or desynching at all!

No more trifling with Mame and dealing with 5 frame delays. No more waiting 15 minutes for an opponent to join my game. I'm extremely satisfied with it.....now I only wish I was actually good at SF3 :D.

Yea it works great so long as you have under 100 ping or so (so it works best if you play people in your same country).

I've been thinking about maybe streaming some 3s... Should be fine if I set my laptop up to spectate my games on GGPO, then stream the spectator windows, right? Would anyone be interested in watching anyways? I've got an okay urien, dudley, and i guess yun.
