 It's not in your Replays folder? You'll know if the program is working, if when you start up StarCraft, it says so in the top left of the screen. | ||

The replay should still appear once you close the game though (Thats why I can't see why the replays never appear) but yes, definitely make sure you end your commentary with the hotkey. | ||
