-슈퍼파이트를 통해 최강 종족으로 자리매김했다. ▶이지호 감독=개인적으로 단체전 첫 우승인 것 같다. 너무 기쁘다. ▶김택용=프로토스가 약세라는 말이 많은데 우승을 차지해 정말 기쁘다. 프로토스는 약한 종족이 아니다. ▶오영종=2회 정도부터 슈퍼파이트에 출전하고 싶어서 안달이 났었다. 이번에는 팬투표로 출전하게 됐지만 다음에는 실력으로 출전할 수 있도록 하겠다. ▶강 민=후배 게이머들과 함께 경기를 치른 것 만으로도 충분히 의미가 있는 대회였다고 생각한다. 우승까지 하게 되어 더욱 기쁘다.

Securing victory made this even more joyful.

-Protoss fans seem to be feeling particularly united. > Kang Min = We are feeling it too. There are many fans that support other races, but protoss fans seem to send especially passionate support. They are a great source of strength for tournaments.
-랭킹 1, 2위를 연파하는 괴력을 보였는데. 또 스카웃을 뽑는 등 여유도 보였다. ▶김택용=지금 가장 잘 나간다는 선수들을 꺾게 되어 기쁘다. 정찰을 꼼꼼하게 잘 할 수 있었던 것이 승리의 원동력이라고 본다. 평소에도 항상 이윤열 선수를 잘 하는 선수라고 생각해 왔다. 승리를 거둘 수 있어 기쁘다. 이윤열 선수와의 경기가 처음이라 많이 긴장했는데 맵 연구를 잘 해서 이윤열 선수의 스타일을 봉쇄할 수 있었던 것 같다.

Also, you showed over-the-margin class by making a scout. > Kim Taek Yong = I’m glad that I could defeat the most elite considered progamers. Setting my attitude that I can do well is what I consider to be force behind my victory. Even on a daily basis, I’ve thought that Lee Yeon Yeoul is a great player. I’m glad I achieved victory. I became very anxious because this was my first tournament against Lee Yeon Yeoul, but I studied the map very well and so, I believe was able to contain Lee Yeon Yeoul’s style.
-MSL 결승 이후 마재윤과의 대결에서 다시 승리를 거뒀다. ▶김택용=마재윤은 항상 잘하는 선수라고 생각하고 있다. 센스나 컨트롤이나 운영 등 모든 면에서 뛰어난 선수다. 특히 큰 무대 경험이 많아서인지 긴장을 잘 하지 않는 것 같다. 언제 어디에서 만나도 어려운 상대다.
-After the MSL play offs, you faced off against Mah Jae Yoon and won again. > Kim Taek Yong = Mah Jae Yoon is always a good player, in my opinion. Whether it’s senses or control or overall management, he’s gifted in every area. Especially, whether it’s because he has much stage experience, he doesn’t seem to get nervous on stage. Wherever you meet him, he is going to be a hard opponent.
-프로토스 선수들이 타 종족 선수들에 비해 많지 않다. ▶강 민=프로토스 선수들이 많지 않은 것이 사실이다. 그러나 프로토스가 어려울 때 마다 오영종이나 김택용같이 보석같은 선수들이 때를 맞춰 등장해 주는 것 같다. 최근 후배들의 플레이를 보면서 배울 것이 많다는 것을 느낀다.
- The number of protoss players pale in comparison to that of other races. > Kang Min = It’s true that there aren’t that many protoss players. Still, whenever protoss face difficulties, whether it’s with Oh Young Jong or Kim Taek Yong, it feels as if we are the gem in the rough that strike upon the moment on stage. I feel that there is much to learn from the recent younger generation.
Awesome interview...i was cheering terran but actually really happy that the underdogs took this.
Also, definitely don't release the interview until you have the whole thing done, but i like what you and infinity did (making the thread before hand) so that you guys dont overlap.

Is it ok for us to be hijacking this thread like this? It doesn't feel right to be joking around for this glorious protoss victory, but I guess it can't be helped thx to April Fools.
rA seems so happy ^^; I guess he had the most invested in their team since he's the oldest. I mean, he was actually sad about losing - usually if he loses 1v1 he doesn't care as much since he's only letting down himself, but losing here he's letting down teammates.
It's also why he was such a good ace for KTF. Then they stopped using him, and they dropped to last place -_-;;
Pretty ideal results - rA won the thing, oov did well. NaDa could have done better ;o. Oh and sAviOr got 0-2'd kkekekeke~

Anyways, yeah it was good to see players having some fun and old-school players like oov doing so well for a change. Also, I didn't realize that oov actually looked fairly good when he's not playing SC. O_o *whisper* it's the mouth
oh but oov WINS more when he has his mouth hanging open gorilla style.
oov's actually not bad looking. he's pretty tall and fairly built, and his face isn't terrible. not good looking like reach/yellow, but better than most pros. he just has that vapid gorilla expression all the time ^^ s2.
