On 28 February the acting President of Ukraine Turchynov claimed that Russian troops have violated the borders of Ukraine and were capturing the governmental institutions and other buildings. He claimed Russia is provoking Ukraine into a military conflict. According to the treaty of 1994 when Ukraine gave up it's nuclear arsenal, Russia, USA and GB vouched to protect it's territorial integrity. | ||
