Next up in our Pre Asus ROG NorthCon interview series we have an interview with Acer's Polish Zerg player Artur "Nerchio" Bloch! We hope you enjoy this interview and stay tuned for more Asus ROG coverage!
Below are some excerpts from the interview which you can read in its entirety right here!
Q. Hello Nerchio thank you very much for taking the time to speak to us today! Could you introduce yourselves to those readers who may not be too familiar with you?
A. Hi, I am a Zerg player from Europe and currently I am playing for Team Acer. I come from Poland but I steal money from every other country in the World by dominating their tournaments.

Q. Despite playing part time for much of your career, you've been long-since considered one of the best foreign players in Starcraft 2. However, 2013 has been a relatively quiet year for you. Does having the label of "foreign hope" add any additional pressure to perform?
A. I guess it does a little bit but I never really felt a lot of pressure during my matches so it is hard to tell. I like to see foreigners do well so I try to do the best I can because I understand not all of the people want to watch Korean-only Starcraft. It's very hard to do though and I don't really like any expectations so I take what I can get whenever I take part in a tournament.

Q. You were placed into an extremely stacked Group B which consists of Jaedong, StarDust and HasuObs. How much preparation were you able to do specifically for your group, and who are you most concerned about playing?
A. I prepared a little bit more than I used to because I felt like I couldn't play my best games lately and Stardust is always causing troubles. I am quite confident in ZvP but not vs Stardust so he's the opponent I am worried the most and I am looking forward to play ZvZ against Jaedong if I get the chance.
