Why is Violet being allowed to play? Wouldn't it make sense to ban him from WCS AM until he resolves his visa issues? Or have they already been resolved?

What is this observer doing... the casters are talking furiously about an engagement at the front of the base, and the minimap is blinking like crazy, and the camera is just hovering about a 1 marine, 1 marauder drop.
