I know Scarlett was saying that she couldn't handle cross-server lag from her internet, so it's my guess that she chose to withdraw. Only a guess though.

Post above is correct. Scarlett was not comfortable playing with the lag on cross server so she withdrew

It will all be released in the FAQ today. Included in that FAQ will be every scheduled match up for the entire event up until playoffs.
