Florence "flo" Yao is a Terran Masters player from the US. She's best known for her participation in several female-only tournaments. She played Counter-Strike 1.6 competitively for 2-3 years before she switched over to StarCraft 2, because she felt that Counter-Strike was getting outdated, and she had played Brood War before. In November 2011, Flo attended Zowie Divina, a female-only invitational tournament in China with 6 invites and 10,000$ prize pool. She managed to reach the playoffs with a convincing 4-1 record in group stage, only losing to ColaGirl. She then narrowly defeated SsQ in the first round, therefore proceeding to the finals against Aphrodite. She proceeded to lose 2-0, therefore taking second place in the event. On December 22nd 2011, flo joined Quantic Gaming, and remained a part of the team until it disbanded on December 4th, 2012. In February 2013, it was announced that Flo obtained a personal sponsorship from Need For Seat.
