Mvp vs TaeJa Game 1: ★★★ Game 1 was relatively short. Mvp went mech and TaeJa went for bio. Mvp decided to hit a timing attack with a 2 base all in and TaeJa was forced to play defensive.
Mvp vs TaeJa Game 2: ★★★★ Game 2 was a great game. Lots of nice actions here and there. Mvp opting for mech once more and TaeJa responding with bio play. A nice game with sick precision engagements.
Mvp vs TaeJa Game 3: ★★★★ Game 3 was a fantastic game. Mvp and TaeJa both proved why they are the best. Amazing bio play from both players. Beautiful drops here and there. Stim/attack/win.
viOLet vs Seed Game 1: ★★★★ Game 1 was a exciting game. No action happened till around mid game. But the action that occurred did not disappoint. Nice aggression from Seed and viOLet was forced to defend constantly. Beautiful micro from both players.
viOLet vs Seed Game 2: ★★★ Game 2 was kind of a bore. It felt really dragged out. Nice actions occurred but the game was nothing really special. Good aggression from Seed, and great defense from viOLet. The game was mainly Seed trying to stop viOLet from getting too ahead.
viOLet vs Seed Game 3: ★★★★ Game 3 was not a bore. During the early game, there was mostly no action. But the action toward the end of the game changed all that. Great aggression from Seed once again. And beautiful micro with his stalkers. viOLet grabbed 3 bases and macroed up. After Seed's army faced viOLet's army, it was clear who the winner would be.
Winners' Match Game 1: ★★ Game 1 was supposed to be very promising but was kind of a disappointment :/. A very fast timing attack by 1 player really forced the other player to panic and play wrong.
Winners' Match Game 2: ★★★ Game 2 was a pretty fast game. One player decided to go for a timing attack to catch his opponent off guard and he accomplished just that. The other player was able to stay alive and attempt a comeback but was unprepared for the other player's tech switch.
Winners' Match Game 3: ★★★★ Game 3 was really awesome. Tons of nice actions and really innovative strategies from both players. It was a disappointment that 1 battle decided the victor but it was a great game none the less.
Losers' Match Game 1: ★★★★ Game 1 was a really nice game with tons of action. Great play from both players. Really exciting game with constant harassment and amazing nail biting moments.
Losers' Match Game 2: ★★★ Game 2 was not necessarily the best. It showed a really nice strategy by the winner but the game itself was very bland with no action till the end.
Final Match Game 1: ★★★ A good game 1 for the final match. Very nice actions and engagements from both players. Tons of harasses going on left and right. The game ending was a bit anticlimatic
Final Match Game 2: ★★★★ Game 2 was a really nice game. We were given a great game where one player was really in control of the whole game. There was a ton of harass from the winner and he played almost flawlessly this entire game.
Final Match Game 3: ★★★★ Game 3 was plenty exciting. Tons of engagements going on from both sides. Both players just playing with relentless aggression. Congratulations to the winner.
Predicting viOLet to surprise everyone and advancing first.
After that it's anyone's game, Seed has been looking strong but so has Taeja, and we're already learned to never doubt MVP. Should be a good match tonight.
The Violet/Taeja/Seed triangle is tough to predict. Feel like they can all beat each other. Going with Seed though. Violet vs Seed will probably be the series of the night. Might happen twice too.
MVP stands a chance of losing to Violet but the probability of him coming out 1st is very high.
I think if Taeja can dodge Violet he can make it out. Taeja I think at his best is someone who can beat MVP, but I think he'll come out in second at best.
I would like to See Violet and Seed advance, but it is unlikely that he will with Mvp in the group, so my predictions are that Mvp and Seed will advance. Can never bet against Mvp.
