I'm gonna go ahead and pick Scarlett 5-3. Kas hasn't looked phenomenal lately, and Scarlett is very confident vs T. Kas's style hasn't quite adapted to the fast hive centered play, imo - he just loves to bludgeon people to death macroing marine tank medivac, and your timing is so short nowadays, and infestors so good. The queen buff will only help make early game easier for Scarlett.

Gotta say, I'm very happy to see her playing a high level player, rather than watch her roll another lower tier player in a girl vs. girl showmatch.
