Weird matchmaking from bliyyard or hack?

Paekes Germany28 Posts July 19 2011 18:58 GMT #1 Hi guys.. I have a question. In my friendslist there is guy who is on rank 1 in diamond ( http://sc2ranks.com/eu/1112467/CAS ) // his id: CAS.174 . Nothing weird so far. the weird thing is that he only plays against bronze to silver players. His matchhistory looks like this http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/801/casw.jpg/ since over a week he only gets 3-4 points per win. How is this possible? edit: pls change title to blizzard instead of bliyyard ^^ damn us keyboard ^^

Mortal 2943 Posts July 19 2011 18:59 GMT #2 MMr =/= ladder rank. The bronze leaguers may have a huge MMR difference now. I wouldn't jump straight to a hack. Or he may have tanked his MMR.

DemiSe 883 Posts July 19 2011 19:01 GMT #3 It might be because of the diamondplayer's MMR has decreased to a bronze-level or that the bronzeplayers actually have a mmr equal to diamond. Keep in mind that the ladder is locked but the MMR is still shifting.
