ASCWeekly.com is extremely excited to announce the Wellplayed Community Open tournament! Bringing these two thriving communities together seemed like a no-brainer, and with the help of WP community member “Tumba” who brought on a caster that when I heard he’d be casting, I got some serious nerd chills. E-famous youtuber Diggity who has also casted for the NASL will be casting the tournament on Friday May 13th, 2011 alongside ASCWeekly Staffer Sleepercells.
This is an unofficial tournament, organized by ASCWeekly and WP community members. If the WP staff see a smoothly run event, chances are they will be happy to work with us further – so we encourage all of you to really come out in hordes and show your support!

This is a 100% open tournament. No matter what league you’re in, come out and participate! Participating in tournaments is the absolute peak of exhileration that you’ll be able to find playing Starcraft 2 – and of course our casters will be casting all rounds of the tournament, so there is a good chance you’ll get casted!
Of course we also encourage you to participate in our weekly tournaments which are seperated by division and also casted.
