Q: The team has been on a five win streak.
A: I'm very happy with our first winning streak this season. The atmosphere is good, so it's become more fun to play the game as well. I hope we can continue to win.
Q: Regretfully, you only got 2 kills.
A: I'm a little uncomfortable with how I lost at the end, but it's good that the team was able to win. When SWL started, my goal was not to lose to the end, but I lost today. Even though the team won, I have some self-reflection to do.
Q: This season, you have lost all your matches against Light.
A: I really wanted to win today, so it's very regretful, and I was unsatisfied with how the game played out. When I lose, I always feel like my play was unsatisfactory, and I think about how I must show my full strength the next time I meet him, but today I still lost, so it hurts my pride. Next time, I will definitely make him pay; I'm already anticipating my revenge on him.
Q: You seem to have recovered quickly from your MSL semifinals loss.
A: An individual league loss is an individual league loss, but for SPL I am always prepared to be sent out. Of course, the way I lost was very regrettable, but I have a lot of experience with this sort of situation so I can control my mind well after a loss. I hope the fans don't worry about me. Proleague is key right now, so I will do my best to raise the team's rank.
Q: Did you get any chocolates for Valentine's Day?
A: Personally, I don't care about such things. It would be alright even if the fans didn't give me any. Of course, I will be thankful for any gifts I do receive (laughs).
Q: How did you spend your New Years?
A: I hadn't gone home in a very long time, so I was able to see my old friends and I had a great time. I even got New Years money (laughs). After resting properly, I feel like I should try even harder now.
Q: The next opponent is SKT.
A: Recently our team's potential has exploded, and team spirit is very high. Everyone is taking turns to show off their skills. Even though SKT is a strong team, I still think we can win it. After that, we'll continue to win, and keep on rising up in the ranks.
Q: Last thoughts
A: The match went very late tonight and I'm very tired. I think about all of the fans who came to cheer us on despite how late it is, and I really have to thank them. Every time we play they're here to cheer for us, and as a result we go on stage with great momentum. I'm very, very thankful for all of our fans.

Q: Your thoughts on your team being on a 5 win winning streak?
Killer: This is the first time our team has gotten 5 consecutive wins this season. And especially since our opponent was MBC who we lost to in both Rounds 1 and 2, we really wanted to win against them. I was happy when I was set out in the first set and won, and when we face off against SK Telecom next, I also want to continue our winning streak.
PerfectMan: When we were in a 4 win winning streak the feeling didn’t sink in, but now that our team is in a 5 win winning streak, it feels like our team has been resurrected and the feelings of victory are finally sinking in.
Q: (To Killer) Did you expect to face off against Jaehoon in the first set?
Killer: I expected to either face a Zerg or a Protoss. I thought that I had to win no matter what and practiced hard, and I made it my goal to get at least 2 kills, but I couldn’t reach that goal. If I had done a little better then I probably could have won in the second set, but since I couldn’t achieve my goal, it’s really regrettable.
Q: (To PerfectMan) You were sent out as the ace player.
PerfectMan: Since the ace match is very important and all, a lot of players were practicing for it together, so I didn’t think that there would be a chance for me to be sent out at all. But then I read Light’s interview some time ago that he was aiming at and preparing only for Jaedong hyung. [T/N: HyuN, you tipped off PerfectMan in Light’s interview, lmfao!!] It seemed that he had already forgotten about losing to me before though (laughs). That’s why when I came to the game stadium today, I told the coach that I would be able to defeat Light on a Protoss-favored map (Fortress). The coach asked me if I was confident in myself, and I told him that I was. Since Jaedong hyung defeated Sea hyung, I thought that I would be able to defeat Light as well. [T/N: Oh? He calls Sea a hyung but not Light? BM going on here!]
Q: (To PerfectMan) Weren’t you nervous when you were sent out as the ace player?
PerfectMan: Since I had confidence in myself, that was the first time I made a special appeal to the coaching staff. Still, I wondered if Light’s TvP record was that bad and thought that I could win against him. During the middle of Round 1, he said that he had come out in order to snipe our team’s Protosses, and in Round 2, I had the feeling that Light wasn’t taking our team’s Protosses seriously, especially on the map Bloody Ridge. Even though I clearly remember winning against Light, I kept on getting the feeling that he was just toying with our team’s Protosses, but after today’s win, all those feelings have now disappeared. But ever since I had the feeling that he was taking our team’s Protosses lightly, I wanted to face off against him badly (laughs).
Q: (To PerfectMan) It looked like you won quite easily in the last set.
PerfectMan: My build was a build that nobody really uses. It was a build where I cut Probes in order to do more pressure early on in the game, and I had this build prepared in my arsenal for a long time, but I never got a chance to really use it. The point is to disrupt your opponent’s macro in the opening game, but if the Terran has good micro, then they can block what you’re doing and continue on with their macro. Today I scouted out and saw that I had the advantage, so I ended the game quickly from the beginning.
Q: (To PerfectMan) It was quite disappointing that you were in a slump for a while.
PerfectMan: I’m still lacking in many areas. But what’s then is then and what’s now is now, but I think that I’m rather strong against Light- (Jaedong and Killer start cracking up) -Anyway, I had been waiting for the chance to meet him again, and today was the day it arrived. A few days ago, we played soccer against MBC’s players and became close friends with each other, so I hope that I didn’t hurt anyone’s feelings since I’m talking like this and all. [T/N: *Oov, Flash, and great snort in disgust* “Feelings? Those are meant to be trampled on!!” And Light must be seething in anger right now after reading this interview.]
Q: It’s Valentine’s Day, did any of you receive any chocolates?
Killer: What’s Valentine’s Day again (laughs)? It’s just another same old typical day to me with another match.
PerfectMan: If I’m given any chocolates then I’m thankful, but since my teeth aren’t really in a good condition, I can’t eat too many chocolates. [T/N: No probs PerfectMan. You can swipe some of BackHo’s “magic potions” that he got from his fans. He has 3 anyway, which is way too much for 1 person to finish alone, so ease his burden!]
Q: What are your resolutions for your next match?
Killer: If you look at it from our point of view, since our next match is against SK Telecom, it’s a very important match to us. We have to get a 6 win winning streak so that we are truly broken out of our previous losing streak, and this is a good chance to increase our momentum and strength, so we must win in order to continue and ride our momentum.
PerfectMan: They are currently the 1st place ranked team and in reality, our team is ranked in 9th place, so this is a chance for the top team and the team that’s placed near the bottom to finally face off against each other. We will try to work even harder as possible, and if we all work together and try our best for our match, then I think a miracle will happen. (Jaedong in background: A miracle?) If you just look at our ranking of 9th place compared to 1st place, then that is a wonder in itself. [T/N: PerfectMan’s saying that if they, the 9th place ranked team, win against SKT, the 1st place ranked team, then that will be some kind of a miracle, if you just compare the raw numbers to each other. I like your way of thinking though PerfectMan; if you do win against SKT, then yes, that WILL be a miracle. ;P]
Q: How did you spend the Lunar New Year’s holidays?
PerfectMan: Since I became an adult, I didn’t get any New Year’s money. It was rather disappointing, but I spent the holidays well. [T/N: Flash: *Pumps fist in discovery that he is not alone*]
Killer: I received some New Year’s money, met a lot of my friends, and had an overall fun New Year’s. [T/N: LMFAO Killer. PerfectMan: “I didn’t get any money at all…” *Sadface* Killer: “That sucks for ya! I got money, met a ton of friends, and partied all night! Booyah!!” PerfectMan: …*Blood vessel about to pop*]
Q: Any last words you want to say?
Killer: I’m always thankful to the fans who cheer for and support us. I’m also grateful to my fellow team member Saber who helped me out with practice. Since we play too many games during practice, you must’ve received a lot of stress from me. I am in your debt.
PerfectMan: I want to thank all of our fans as usual, and also want to thank Sexy and Speed for helping me out with practice. [T/N: Hwaseung OZ. I wonder if they make it mandatory for their members to have awkward-sounding names. SexySpeed!] I always practice my PvT with the both of you, but since you both help me out without getting annoyed or complaining even once, I am very grateful to both of you.
Killer: Isn’t it kind of obvious that they can’t really complain about it though (laughs)?
Jaedong: Don’t they still complain though (laughs)? PerfectMan really shows off his true strength within our team though. He owns all of us.
Killer: He also owns his hyungs (laughs).
PerfectMan: Truthfully, I really am a practice bonjwa (laughs).
