I picked the Fomos picture over the DES one because the DES picture had a very sleepy-looking Flash that looked very unflattering. :/
KT’s Flash did not seem to have a problem with his nickname “Perfect Flawlessness” in Proleague. On the 13th, in the Shinhan Bank Winners’ League 10-11 season Round 3 Week 5, he successfully achieved a reverse all-kill against WeMade FOX and has added 4 more victories to his record, and even though his 34:3 record has been stained by a few losses, by winning, Flash is also climbing to the top of the most-wins ranking and is aiming to be in 1st place. He has been continuing his legendary record of getting 28 consecutive wins. Is there any other player who is as reliable to count on in Proleague?
Q: You made your first all-kill of the season while at the same time, successfully scoring a reverse all-kill. Your thoughts?
A: It’s really been a long time since the last time I made a reverse all-kill last season. I’m happy that I finally did an all-kill, but I’m even happier that our team won.
Q: During your game against
Mind, you made quite a bit of mistakes in the midgame.A: It seems that my opponent’s hands were going the way he wanted them to go, and since it was my first game, my hands didn’t really move that well, so my judgements became rather cloudy. But starting from the midgame, my hands started to move better, so it seems that my true potential appeared there.
Q: The “God’s move” in which you turned the tables with drops seemed to help you out a lot.
A: To my judgment, that seemed to be the only solution for that situation. After I scanned his base, I happened to find one whole area that was an opening for an attack. I aimed for that spot and entered that area, which was a huge help in order to win. [T/N: Mind: *Currently repeatedly slapping himself across the face*]
Q: Truthfully, didn’t it seem like you in a really big situation where it seemed impossible to make a comeback?
A: I almost gave up too in the middle of the game. However, there have been many cases where I won a bit mysteriously in the past in broadcasted games. With the basis of having many of those kinds of experiences in the past, although I was at a disadvantage, not giving up was a huge help to me. Since my mission was to do my best, I thought that I would just deal with any situation that came my way and do my best so that my team could win was the major driving force of why I didn’t give up. Q: When was the moment where you knew that you could perform a reverse all-kill?
A: During my game against

Violet hyung’s empty spot in the practice house is truthfully speaking, a huge loss to us. Of course I am sorry towards Violet hyung, and he’s doing well and everything, but since he has to deal with a lot of things now, it seems really regrettable. Even though it was a small thing to do, I wanted to lighten up Violet hyung’s spirit. I thought that when he sees my victory ceremony, won’t he be happy? It would be great if he cheered up after seeing us win. [T/N: Not gonna lie, Flash’s words felt like they stabbed my heart here. I feel all heavy inside now… ㅠㅠ]Q: How did you spend the Lunar New Year’s holidays?
A: I spent it at home and spent a lot of time hanging out with friends that I didn’t see in a long time. Truthfully speaking, a lot of my friends are cramming and waiting for another chance to repeat their college entrance exams, so it would be nice if they cheered up. I think that they are friends that if they don’t give up, then they should be able to go to a good college. Since I personally really like futsal, I played it a lot with my friends, and since it seemed that they had a lot of physical strength for it, we came to Seoul and played soccer with my teammates, and it seems that I can keep on running for a really long time. I feel feelings of gratitude to my friends now (laughs). I played Yunnori [T/N: Yunnori is a traditional Korean game played during New Year’s where you throw 4 wooden sticks in the air and move your tokens around on a board. It’s really fun, and can get REALLY competitive- I’ve had the sticks and tokens thrown at my face in anger before. Yeah, it’s that intense. I miss playing it though; I haven’t played it in forever. ㅠㅠ] with my parents and family, and I spent my Lunar New Year’s holidays very significantly. However, no one gave me any New Year’s money. I used to receive a lot of money, but now since I’ve became an adult, after seeing that I earn enough for myself, my mom says to not give me any money and prevents my other relatives from doing so. Since I earn my own money now, it’s regrettable that I don’t get any New Year’s money anymore, but I’m okay with that (laughs). [T/N: Flash’s family: “Son, you earning your own dough now! How about YOU give some to US now? Pleeease? You make even more than all of us combined together!” Flash: “…” And man, Flash likes to talk. He’s a total chatterbox.]

Violet hyung’s uniform, I’m really happy. Truthfully, since this is pretty much the only thing I can do for him, I’m really sorry to Violet hyung and am worried about him. Thankfully, I hear that he’s doing a lot better though recently. We always keep in touch with each other, and it’s a huge relief that I won since I prepared a ceremony for Violet hyung in order to make him smile, and if he saw me winning today then that would be great, and it would also be great if he got well soon so that we can meet again and laugh together, talk to noisily to each other, and spend our time together enjoyably again.
