Bigfile MSL Survivor Tournament 2010 Group 9Thursday, June 17, 2010, 13:00 KSTHydra < Fighting Spirit> GuemChiPrincess < Fighting Spirit> LightWinners Game: Match PointLosers Game: Match PointFinal Game: Triathlon
What to say about this group? We have one-time Winners League bonjwa GuemChi, a terran that was eliminated in the last OSL by PerfectMan ( Light), the other CJ zerg ( Hydra), and a young Oz zerg ( Princess) whose name rivals the manliness of the likes of CuteAngel, Pretty, Bubble, and Britney. For whatever reason, Hydra is not good vs protoss, so if he really wants out of this group, he should just go hydra bust vs Guemchi. If Guemchi survives Hydra, he's in good shape, because if Light advances from his game, it'll be Guemchi's best MU vs Light's worst. You want to believe in Princess, but all we can do is hope. He's young, inexperienced, and is sadly pitted against Light's TvZ in his first official game. This is basically his audition to finally getting some playing time in the proleague, because anything he can do to differentiate himself from his woeful teammate Killer will be helpful. + Show Spoiler ++ Show Spoiler +
How to watch:

Nice, I want princess to win so badly... I just can't watch Killer anymore

Princess seems really skilled and even entertaining from the few reps i've seen, im excited to see if he (? lol) can get somewhere.

I second that. I want some other young oz player to become good and break the line up so badly. It would be a great relief to not be subjected to Killer and FailTossMan any longer.

Light should curb-stomp this group. He's possibly the second best TvZ player in the world right now, recently coming off a 13 win streak against a fairly tough line-up of Zergs. I will be disappointed if he fails to produce anything yet again.

uhmm.. light in a group with 2 z's
:D easy light and i hope G chizzle makes it out .. but with 2 z's..
we'll see

I'm predicting Light and Hydra, but I really hope it's Guemchi and Princess

I'll write my predictions for this, too, because I have no life.
Hydra <Fighting Spirit> GuemChi
Meh. I don't really know these players, but judging by winrates and knowing that GuemChi is a decent player, I'm gonna favor him. I still believe in GuemChi bonjwa.
Princess <Fighting Spirit> Light
I don't need to explain this.
Light <Match Point> GuemChi
This should be a decent game. I'm going to favor Light, because first of all he's MBC's number 2, and second, whether he believes it or not, he can show some damn good TvP when he wants to. He showed us a nice game against Best on this same map recently, and I want to believe that he can do it again.
Hydra <Match Point> Princess
Meh. ZvZ. Random players. I'm going to play the guy that's played official games before. But hey, Princess got through prelims, so he stands a chance.
GuemChi <Triathlon> Hydra
Rematch. I don't expect anything to change.
Light advances 2-0 GuemChi advances 2-1 Hydra is eliminated 1-2 Princess is eliminated 0-2
