UPDATE:

if anyone is caught on the premises, in the parking lot, or in the alleyway, with any alcohol or illicit substances they will forfeit their entrance fees and be banned from euphnet and any further bay area lan parties

PLEASE BE ON TIME. Come early if you can.
If you're on the player list and you don't sign in by 12:00 we will be forced to give your spot to a door sign up so that we can get the tournament started.

Door sign ups will only be able to join the tournament if someone of the initial tournament flakes or drops out.

ie: if person A in the copper/silver sc2 tournament drops then a door sign up will get the spot on a first come first serve basis.

this is the only way a door sign up will get into any of the tournaments because of the number of people that have signed up.

The venue will be located at the south bay's very own pc bang: euphnet

Dinner will be at tatami

HOW MUCH

i have secured us special discount pricing for bringing in a group the venue fee will be 15 dollars per person there will also be a tournament fee of 3 dollars per tournament you enter so that the prize money is actually substantial, and so i don't go broke

dinner is 24.95 per adult, so unless you're really short and young looking that's the price for tatami. * note tatami is an all you can eat buffet: they have sushi, king crab legs and a plethora of good food.

There will be a BW tournament (fun), SC2 Tournament (copper-silver league), and another SC2 Tournament (Gold-Platinum). [$THERE WILL BE A CASH PRIZE$]

i am traveling from magalia ca, i am picking up 2 people in berkly and i can pick up 2 more people if they are at most a 30 min detour. if they want me to pick them up its gunna be 20$ though. maybe more depending on how far they are.
