Because SC2 Map editor isn't out yet.
It was the map for Husky's competition but since that's kinda died, I figured I'd post here.
10 mineral patches in main (some are stacked to make it more efficient) and 7 in the nat (though one patch on the end is 100 minerals). You can get through minerals at the naturalby mining out any one patch, though obviously, the one on the end is going to be mined out first. From there you have Khaydarin crystals which basically force you to waste one worker to pick it up. There are also neutral Hero DTs, which you need scan to take care of (80 shields, 40 hp). Third base has 7 mineral patches as well as a gas.
There's a bit of a pathing issue when going from 11 to 7 or from 1 to 5 (Vice versa as well of course). Also, for the top and bottom backdoor nat paths, you need to take out the middle khaydarin crystal to fit large units through (dragoons, tanks, etc). For the 9 and 3 paths, any crystal will do.
I'm still testing a few things but the map's pretty much done. It's been the only map I've been working on for, what, 3 months? So I'm pretty happy with it.
