With about two days left until showtime, we're ready to announce the handicaps, polls, and players unfortunate enough to face   VIKING TOSS.

No Static Defence == Hero is fobidden to build Photon Cannons, Sunken Colonies and Spore Colonies.
Loki's tricks == No top right overlay (gas/minerals/supply)
Berserkers == Has to send n workers into the enemy upon taking an xth expansion. n = (x*2) -1 (i.e. 1 worker first expansion, 3 on second, 5 on third etc).

Those are just the chosen reserves - over a 100 people signed up. If someone doesn't show up, they get in first, but if all fails we get more players from the rest of the people that signed up. Just be there and there's a (small) chance you can play. If not just be sure to try again next time

Doesnt no static defense make it impossible for him to FE in PvZ? Does he get an exception there? How does that work?

Yeah I was making the list as he posted it :x tbh I stopped reading it at the capitals, but I thought it over some more now and a lot of lings can runby in 30 seconds so I'm not sure I like it. well i was also thinking of something like "No Beef" no units with over like 180 hp/shields or something like that lol but yeah that makes sense
