I play terribly obviously... so save the criticism I'm dealing with crap irl.
But this is abuse. He played 4 games with me on TSL accounts (TSL-Terran) I had to eat afterwards so I left came back, he had logged on "no1.maple" and we played 2 games. by the time the second game happened I knew who he was cause iNkA told me on vent that he shares that account with Juan (Terran) for practice (No other games were played vs TSL members with this account by inka or terran afaik).
we went 1-1 and I think proper actions should be taken. I'm not sure about the policy on this but I would think both games shouldn't count or he should be punished or both.. dunno warn him? No idea what you guys do with this.. but a TSL guy logging off his TSL account and smurfing another TSL guy who is trying to stay in the top of the ranks is AGAINST the rules and on top of that is extremely dirty. he claims he "didn't know" but I don't buy it and even if he didn't know nobody is dumb enough to be ignorant to not know what they are doing when they log off their TSL ID and smurf a guy they JUST played on TSL names.
I asked him to remove the games via complaint because I was going to do him a favor and turn a blind eye and give him the benefit of the doubt since he already has a bad reputation and is my friend.. but he just flamed me and stated that TSL won't do anything. That being said I am no longer feeling like I can give him the benefit of the doubt.

I'm pretty sure Juan IS ignorant enough to not know the rule, but obviously that doesn't excuse him... he should be properly punished

i already told admins about this, hes already got the warning. hes stupid and got yelled at for it, and it wont happen again.

Him not doing it again isn't enough. He smurfed my account on purpose with an account he 100% couldn't care less about. He was damaging a TSL member purposely with 0 risk to him. THis is the very nature of abuse.
Him being your friend and you rushing to defend him doesn't change what happened artosis.

incontrol: i went straight to admins, told them what he did, told them to penalize him how they want and get it over with, because i don't want this type of thing to come up in the last days and screw him when hes one of the better players in this tournament.
they should fix your games vs him on that other id, but the punishment is already done, which is what i posted. how was that in defence of him? it wasnt. i simply stated that this has been taken care of and no reason to really discuss it.

When did this become the softest fucking tourney ever? Someone broke a friggin rule blatantly and he gets warned? My games are still there.. I lost points because he decided to be a dick.

so ask to get them removed? personally, i dont care if he gets points deducted or whatever. doesn't matter really, but thats what was decided upon.

seems pretty simple to fix assuming Iccups is willing to alter a record for the TSL if the TL admins ask(I'd assume they would) Just give inc the wins for the games and add two loses for terran.
