Maybe they were not at that point of the development 2 weeks ago. Of course it could also be promotion stuff for Riot or whatever. In any case it is unlikely that it is related to roster changes becasue Nyph went as well and he already said he plays for SK next season with CandyPanda.

Seems like Krepo, Nyph, Snoopeh going to US is indeed about helping Riot with S4 changes. Xpecial, Madlife, Shy are there as well.

Another month of league of Warmogs or similar stupid shit might be hilarious but I'd prefer a reasonably balanced S4

http://www.reddit.com/r/leagueoflegends/comments/1p1gdb/ocelote_leaving_sk/ Especially interesting is this picture of a Skype conversation: http://i.imgur.com/bmOS3ql.jpg So it seems like it was indeed true that Ocelote had very good offers. Based on that I would say SK got too small for him, not that they didnt want him anymore. What I hate about it is that his conversation partner there alludes to the possibility of just buying their way into LCS. This touches right on what I always critisized most about LCS, namely that only the organisations have the rights to the LCS spots and can exchange their players for new ones as they please. That basically means whole teams can be exchanged at any time. Qualifying for LCS doesnt mean you can actually stay there, if your manager decides someone else should have your spot. What I never understood is that the LoL community never seemed to have a problem with this, not even on TL where people are usually more critical. Maybe it needs an incident like Ocelote buying his way into LCS with a new team for people to finally get it.

Look at SK they had great players (Kevin hyrqbot and Nyph) and played together for a long time but they still failed, I don't see how Ocelote + 4 random dudes will make it. Except if he buys people from other team.. oh well

I don't see it being a problem because if you're bad you'll drop off LCS anyway (that may be less true with the new system but still..). Except if he buys people from other team.. oh well Yeah that here is exactly the attitude that I meant. I dont get it. As it stands now, we could have one team beat another in the LCS qualifier (lets say TCM beats SK). And then the manager of the qualfying team decides that his players are not good or popular enough or whatever and replaces them with the SK players. The ultimate problem is that qualifying to LCS doesnt get you anything. After qualifying you are forced to choose a manager and that moment you lose all your LCS rights and transfer them to that manager. If he doesnt like you, you are out then. I think tournament participation should be determined by success in the game, not by considerations of some manager.

I have a funny feeling that an ex CLG player will be returning to bot lane...
