Its always safe to just ask. But a lot of it is lurking and going from there, esp since cultivating your personal style stems a lot from looking at others. If you have anything you want cleared up go ahead and post. I'll look up some resources for it too. There's probably a few of them already made.

BB - Brook Brothers, manufacturer of traditional menswear EDC - every day carry ToJ - Temple of Jawnz, made-to-measure garments BCDR - band collar double rider, type of motorcyclist-inspired leather jacket OCBD - oxford cloth button down CP - Common Projects, minimalist sneakers manufacturer/designer Fashion Houses: + Show Spoiler + CCP - Carol Christian Poell, a reclusive artisan based in Milan that produces experimental and the highest quality of garments whose simplistic designs rivals Carpe Diem's. Augusta - aka A1923, A. diciannoveventitre; specializes in leathers, headed by Simone Cecchetto. Label is named for his grandmother, born 1923. supposedly worked at Carpe Diem for 3 months. M.A+ - M-Across, headed by Maurizio Amadei. Former Carpe Diem designer. LUC - Label Under Construction, headed by Luca Laurini. Also former Carpe Diem designer. Devoa - headed by Daisuke Nishida, focuses on clothes that flow with the body. Lumen et Umbra - translated as "light and shadow", designer Issei Fujita is the former head of Carpe Diem's media and presentation. IS - Individual Sentiments, perhaps the most unique label to be born from the remains of Carpe Diem. Headed by Yoko Ito, their clothing invokes a Carpe Diem-esque level of simplicity and quality coupled with a unique flair of its lead designer. ‘IS’ is a separate footwear-only line of Individual Sentiments. The Viridi Anne - "the viridian", headed by Designer Tomoaki Okaniwa. CDiem - Carpe Diem aka "Seize the Day" in Latin. The label concept team of designers created in 1996 by the now-foremost authority on artisanship and craftsmanship of garments, Maurizio Altieri. Formerly housed some of today's greatest designers and artisans who currently head their own labels including: ma+, Augusta/a1923/a dici, LUC, Lumen Et Umbra, Individual Sentiments, etc. Their focus on minimalism and purity of garments and refusal to advertise their brand contrasted heavily with a fashion industry that centered their attention with showy and complicated designs paired with heavy media promotion. As a now-defunct label, brand new CDiem pieces are extremely hard to find and are considered cult collections. MMM - Martin Maison Margiela, fashion house. Margiela himself has not been present at the label for a long time after Diesel bought majority ownership. Jil Sanders - Jil Sanders AG, the label created from her namesake. Sanders has also not been at her label for a good 10 years, and only recently assumed head designer once again. Her brutalist minimalism is often the highlight of her clothing line. During the time she left the label, Belgian designer Raf Simons took the reins of head designer. Raf Simons - Belgian designer with no formal fashion education and initially began his career in architecture/furniture design. Designs clothing that focuses primarily on shape and form based on the human body. Rick Owens - dude whose name is quite literally synonymous with 'Goth Ninja'. Design concept is rather grungy and street combined with a minimalistic approach, his garments represent the mainstream's inlet to higher street fashion. BBS - Boris Bidjan Saberi, maker of handcrafted streetwear of high quality. Saberi experiments with different materials to achieve a specific aesthetic, introducing the use of paper in denim, different dyeing methods, addorning leather with materials such as gum and different metals. Ann D – Ann Demeulemeester, Belgian fashion line eponymously named for its main designer. Part of the Antwerp Six, Ann often follows a single aesthetic through all of her collections which projects a sense of confident androgyny drawing from military, punk, and gothic influences.

I think it's a bit long in the bottom and in the sleeves. I didn't button it all the way up because I'll probably never do that. Feel free to critique the overall look if you want to as well.. Thanks fellas! + Show Spoiler + EDIT: I'm sorry about the rotation, but that was done by imgur... they're vertical on my pc. I'm uncertain how to rectify that.

I like wearing socks. Although I could take off the socks if it would be more pleasant to the eye. Cheers.

Like I can imagine a light weight button up, tucked in with rolled up sleeves, khaki shorts (or any color really), held up by a canvas belt (I think that's the material they're made of), and a pair of boat shoes. Maybe with some sunglasses and a cool hat... It's a pretty standard look in summer ads. But I can just as easily see a similar look with an untucked, perhaps unbuttoned shirt.

Without a higher res photo or a comparison to a smaller size it's hard to say for certain, but it doesn't seem to be too large. The sleeves are a tad long but they can most likely be taken in or rolled up. The bottom doesn't seem to long either; it's just past your waist. If you wanted to size down I think it would be a personal style choice.

Mondieu everything in the summer has to be functional because its so fucking hot. lighter weaves of wool, linen in general is made for summer. Are you looking for specific things (like we link you to a website with x or y) or "looks?" if the latter, you might have better luck just looking through a few forums, like styleforum, and seeing what people are wearing. or, you know, people here could post WAYWTs. A lot of it is preference though. Especially socks

That's just basics, for inspiration just browse some reddit/styleforum/whatever "what are you wearing today" (WAYWT) threads. It's difficult to give such broad advice without knowing more.
