He dodged practice until a leveler of his was available to play, he claimed he finished top 20 at an MLG last year (then says he was playing under eifer's name), and when asked to stream with webcam he just dodges. Dude claimed Athena was sketchy from the start but so was he. I am actually surprised at his response because most of the "shit" he has on SCA is either incorrect or he was a part of it.

He never went over the top bragging about himself as that would attract too much attention. However, he does claim to be top EU and NA grandmasters, with both terran and protoss. Thing is no one knew who this guy was a year ago. He just randomly showed up earlier this year claiming top GM on EU. He also mentioned that he played on the DayNine and Tasteless account for a while, don't know if he still is standing by that statement.
Also, just to clarify, Nanocloud was not a bad person to our faces. Who knows what went on behind our backs. Most of us were torn on if we thought he was legit or not because of this. However, incidents occurred that brought his integrity as a player into question over and over. I'd go on but I feel like we are beating a dead horse here.

Well that sucks but I think as a lower level player you need to be very very suspicious of that stuff. There is hardly anyone who would truly sponsor a player with 0 results.

I'll know never to bring to light the fact that there is someone attempting to troll/scam teams again. Apparently we should let these kind of people roam the interwebs and SC2 scene screwing over teams and making big promises to players only to end up lying to them and hurting them in the end.
Does it look bad on us? Yes it does. Does it make us look stupid when everything is laid out in front of you without all of the other minor excuses and other tidbits that I left out of the post? Sure does. However, if I never posted this, someone would have posted something and then all of the actual facts would have never been brought to light and things would have probably ended up misconstrued. I wanted to post all of the facts and get all of this speculation over with.
No, he never received any money from us or got anything out from us, however he was planning to. He was planning to make the players pay him money from their tournament winnings. I never told anyone this because I wasn't going to let it happen, but it was mentioned to me by Anderson/Kelly that they were going to ask for a 15%-30% cut from all winnings once the players evaluation period was over. And who's to say he wouldn't have ended up asking people to do other things with promises they would get paid back?
As I've stated, multiple times already, I was suspicious of things right away, especially after I really got involved. I told my guys not to do anything before I had the chance to talk to these individuals and get them to sign contracts stating what they would be doing for the team, how long they would be doing, and what they wanted in return. However, they didn't really listen because they were obviously really excited to get something like this done. I didn't want us to end up making promises that we couldn't keep to players and end up wasting their time, which is exactly what happened. I made the introduction post because the players wanted the post to be done or some sort of public announcement done and also because I am the team's head manager.
I'm sure none of you would ever make the mistake to trust someone you consider a real friend after knowing them years like a few of my players did. I'm sure all of you check each of your friends backgrounds before ever engaging in any form of business. Be it meeting up to play games at a lan, buying them a headset or microphone, etc, we all do these sorts of things without really looking into who that person is.
I'm sorry we can't all be near as smart as all of you. You obviously would have done things a lot differently if you were in our shoes. I'm sorry we "wasted" your time with this. I'm sorry the players lost their time, energy, effort, ended up not being able to attend tournaments they probably would have been able to if they were with another team.
I was seriously dreading making a post on TL, but I knew that something was going to be posted and it would be better if all of the facts were laid out on the table instead of speculation, rumors, and hearsay. I'm now done with this thread.

well the person that played me on that replay is definitely him, because I didn't asked him for the practice, he asked me for it, and since i'm just a nobody who needed 700 games to just get out of diamond league there is no reason he needed someone else to play for him to kick my ass, you can see his micro and macro and multitasking ability matches that of a GM level. If you actually load that replay and compare to the two replay on sc2ranks you know what I meant.

Maybe you linked wrong game because it shows him with platinum SQ, which is actually very hard to pull off as even a diamond player. Also with less than 100 apm, are you sure you aren't agreeing with what I am saying?
