That you use the Marauder which has bonus damage vs a Colossus when the Ultralisk has +5 armour - effectively making the Marine -2/0 vs the Ultralisk. Not saying about this game in particular, but ~5 ultras should not be doing bad vs ~15-20 marines, with or without lower amounts of medivac support.
