But, that was a long time ago, or at least that's what Kitaman27 thought to himself as he left the travel agent's office. Of course he still bore the tattoos that marked him as part of the family, but he had given up on that path many years ago. Stepping into an alley further down the street, he reflected about how desperately he wanted to set upon a new course in life, and how, after the recent violence, he was scared he might be visited by some of his old comrades, because of what he knew when he had left them. His thoughts were broken by the sound of sudden rushing footsteps from behind, and he had barely begun to turn when a dark form ran into him and he felt a sharp pain shoot through his back. The pain was redoubled as the knife was violently removed before being plunged in again... and again... and again... before everything went under a red haze of pain and faded to black. Kitaman27 the Vanilla Townie has been found stabbed to death! BrownBear struggled between the two men who were holding him on either side. Not that it would have done much good, as his hands were trapped together at the wrists by cable ties and he wore a blindfold, but he still liked to think there was something he could do about his situation. He had been jumped outside his home that morning, secured, and thrown into the back of a car. After an hour drive, they'd stopped, and he was pulled out of the car and accompanied to his present location. Changing their position now, the one man led him forward as the other violently guided him to his knees. BrownBear thought to ask them where he was, but froze when he felt the touch of cold metal against his neck. He shivered, and then felt a spreading warmth across his torso, as the razor was quickly pulled across this throat. BrownBear the Vanilla Townie has had his throat slit! LSB was oblivious to the pain as his assailant's fists once again drove into his face and he roughly toppled over onto the ground. After the first few minutes of the beating, he had ceased to feel the damage being done to his body as he had descended into something resembling a trance. Crimson blood flowed down his face and arms, and left red marks wherever they dripped on or smeared the pavement which reminded him of the ink blots psychologists used. He knew the thought was sick, and tried to roll over onto his back only to be met by a heavy kick to the ribs. The pounding of blood was loud in his ears, and he was near ignorant of his attacker speaking above him. "I think it's time this town's learned a lesson, don't you?" LSB tried to lift his arms in defense, as the man removed a wooden bat from the trunk of his car, but the pain was too much and the most he could do was groan loudly as the club was brought down on his head. LSB the Miller has been beaten to death! Jackal58 turned the volume of the radio down in his car, as he approached the agreed-upon meeting place. He tapped his fingers on the steering wheel in time to the rhythm of the song, and looked around nervously for the man he was supposed to meet. The docks were deserted at this time of night, and it didn't take long to spot the car parked near out of sight and the man leaning against it. Pulling up, he turned off his engine and stepped out of his car. "You said you have an... opportunity for me?" "Yes, I work for a magazine, you're one of the prosecutors for Liquidia PD, aren't you? Working on the mafia cases? We're very interested in contacting someone from that office, and are willing to pay a good sum to get the scoop on our competitors." Jackal58 fidgeted a little before responding. He knew that what he was doing was illegal, but he was in debt and needed the money. In the end, it was an easy choice. "Yes, that's me." The other man smiled as he pulled out a pistol, "Good, then I know I've got the right rat". Jackal58 tried to run for his car, but barely made it two steps before he was shot in the back. Jackal58 the Vanilla Townie has been shot to death! Syllogism was out for his morning run when he stopped to tie his laces. He ran in marathons, and so each day he followed the same routine of waking up in the morning, putting on his tracksuit and going for a half-hour long run through the forest behind his house. Today was no different. Often, the trail he used was completely empty of other people, and so he was surprised when he finished tying his shoes to look up and see a man in a black trench-coat standing off to the side of the trail ahead of him. He was even more surprised when the man lifted a rifle and put two bullets into his chest. Syllogism the Vigilante has been killed in the woods! Radfield only wanted answers as he looked up at the man circling around him. He wasn't sure what had happened, one moment he was sleeping, the next he was suddenly awake with a hand pressing a cloth into his face, and now he was tied to a chair in his living room. He must have been drugged. "Who are you? Why are you doing this?" The other man stopped walking. He was carrying a butcher knife from Radfield's own kitchen. "You know, I'd really love to tell you, but it's a lot more fun for me when you don't know." Smiling wickedly, he lifted the knife, and let the point rest on Radfield's chest. Radfield only stared up at his killer, for that is what he assumed he was there for, and did not give him the satisfaction of a reaction. The other man turned his lips into a pout and then grinned again as he slowly pushed the knife into Radfield's heart. Radfield the Vanilla Townie has been murdered in his home! Meanwhile, MrZentor, Tyrran, and zJayy962 were driving around in their car when it spontaneously exploded. MrZentor the Lurker Vigilante has exploded! Tyrran the Miller has exploded! zJayy962 the Vanilla Townie has exploded! There are clues in this post. A Double Lynch has been enacted! Night 2 begins Wednesday, Nov 30 3:00am GMT (GMT+00:00).
