If it interferes with your games too much then do analysis on the replay after good games. It's very easy to find high level games with no one talking (basically all korean streams). I tune in for "value added". In-game reads from pros are just so above most people (including a lot of casters). Ex: I see tiny piece of information A, that means X, Y, Z... gg's
