I don't think your super strict rules for Korean players are helping, either. So few Koreans stream anyway, and the ones in Code A and above don't stream because they don't want to give away their strategies. All this will do is turn away excellent players like Heart (there is no better terran streamer on this site). It just makes no sense that any random semi-pro foreigner with no achievements or popularity can get featured, yet a super skilled Korean GM, on a top team, who plays in GSTL, can not. I guess TL really doesn't want to bring the Korean and TL communities closer together. This is actually a pretty good point, I suppose we can reevaluate the rules and talk about it some more. What kind of standard do you feel would be appropriate for evaluating Koreans who aren't organized in any tier?
Unfortunately by this same logic Heart will stop streaming as much once he gets Code A.
edit: Also, we don't feature "any random semi-pro foreigner with no achievements or popularity" either. We are changing the featured status soon to be a bit more restrictive of international players.

So... no more streaming right?

I can understand the need to keep the featured stream list at a manageable amount. An idea I had to address this problem is to give each pro Korean team one or two spots for players on the feature list. This would allow the Teams to showcase their lesser known player's streams if the Code S/A players don't want to stream.I doubt the teams. This would limit the amount of streams present on the featured stream list and maintain a high quality in feature streams. I'm not sure how feasible it would be to communicate this to the korean teams or how much work this would be; I just thought I might put this out there. Anyway I hope that TSL_Heart makes Code A and continues streaming so that this isn't as much of an issue. Heart Fighting!
